What is the turnaround time on items?

Most items have a 3-4 day turnaround, standard processing time.

Standard Tumblers have a 3-5 day turnaround. Glitter and wood grain tumblers have a 4-6 day turnaround.

All processing times are contingent upon design request and quantity and do not include shipping time. Timing is based business days (Mon-Sat) and time begins once payment has been received.

What is the pickup process?

All products are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 day ship time.

Orders can be picked up from one of the 2 CK office locations (Missouri City and Galleria), if scheduling permits. Appointments must be made in advance to pick up in person.

What is your return policy?

Due to all items being custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once orders have been fulfilled.

Do your shirts run big or small?

Regular tshirts are Gildan brand Unisex Tees.

Women's fitted vneck shirts are available as well and they run somewhat small. For more comfort, I would suggest ordering a size larger than normal in the fitted tees.

Raglan (Baseball tee) Shirts run pretty true to size, if not a tad bit bigger.

Please choose your sizes wisely as exchanges are not available.

How to care for the tshirts?

We recommend that shirts are hand washed, inside out and hang dried to preserve the quality of the shirt and detailing.

Should you prefer to machine wash, please do so on delicate in cool water. Preferably hang to dry and follow up with iron on shirt turned inside out.

Do not iron directly on the design. Flip shirt inside out to press.

How to care for Custom Tumblers?

Wash and rinse cups thoroughly before and after each use. Hand washing is recommended for best results.

AFTER TWO WEEKS, cups are dishwasher safe and placing them on the top rack is recommended. Towel dry.

Do not use any bleach, abrasive cleaners or scrubbers on cup as it may dull the finish.

Do not place in the microwave or freezer.
